Au lancement, l'enjeu n'était pas d'être présent partout, mais d'investir là où les premiers clients étaient déjà présents — les réseaux sociaux et le bouche-à-oreille. At launch, the challenge was not to be everywhere, but to invest where the first clients were already present, social media and word of mouth.

Plutôt que de multiplier les supports, nous avons construit un univers pensé d'abord pour Instagram et Facebook : identité, photographie, illustration et contenus. Rather than multiplying touchpoints, we built a world designed first for Instagram and Facebook: identity, photography, illustration and content.
Le système a volontairement été conçu pour être simple à comprendre, facile à prendre en main et rapide à déployer par l'ensemble des collaborateurs. Des principes graphiques clairs permettent à chacun de faire vivre la marque au quotidien tout en préservant sa cohérence. The system was deliberately designed to be simple to understand, easy to use and quick to deploy across the entire team. Clear graphic principles allow everyone to bring the brand to life daily while preserving its coherence.
